Daylight Sleeping Time

Losing that hour from Daylight Savings over the weekend is always such a brainkill when Monday rolls around. You know that even if you go to bed at normal time, your body doesn’t adjust. My alarm went off this morning and I felt like I woke up in good old 1955. And I didn’t even have to get hit by a car to feel that.

I revel at the thought that one day in the future, all of our clocks will be digitally synchronized and instead of just losing an hour all at once, our clocks would lose a minute a day for 60 days. Now wouldn’t that be so much better? All you inventors out there, heed my call!

Luckily, there’s a double dosage of 24 and the NCAA Championship on tonight to provide me with all of the television entertainment I’ll need for the week. Then we sleep again, and try to recharge for all of the business needs. Peace.
